To maintain the exclusive, high-end experience you deserve, please review the studio guidelines below: • Timeliness: Please arrive on time—but no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. • No Extra Guests: To preserve the peaceful, private environment, no children or additional guests are allowed in the studio. • Payments Accepted: We accept Cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Klarna, and Affirm. Note: Klarna and Affirm “Pay in 4” options include additional processing fees. For details regarding cancellations or rescheduling, please refer to our existing cancellation policy. CANCELLATION POLICY
At I Love Luxe, I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To keep things fair for both you and my business, here’s my cancellation policy: • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice (No Call, No Show) will be charged 100% of the service cost and will no longer be able to book future appointments.
